Rescheduled date. Back in the day, Marillion had this chant that went ” Geeza bun “. Well, we had the bright idea of actually giving them buns ! We took a bunch of small bread baps & when the chant started, we threw them up on stage! It got a laugh out of Fish 😉

This was very special. A band called “The Sherman Tankers” had done a low key show & then the same guys announced this gig. Basically, Adrian & friends then on encores, Bruce Dickinson etc joined. Very rare to see a ticket for the show, but i looked after mine (even though i was offered cash to buy it)

I really only went to see the support act, Girlschool. What a boring audience as well ! Everyone sat down….well, apart from one guy in the middle of the hall who tried to set a trend 😉

During this gig, i just walked up to Tony Martin (vocalist for The Alliance) & told him how much i loved the band. Don’t think they ever released an album, but years later Tony Martin joined Black Sabbath 😉
